Job Description:
SAP CX C4C Analytics & ML Dev team is part of the SAP CX Cloud for Customer (C4C) Development organization which is committed to deliver best in class and leading edge cloud based CRM solutions designed to meet line of business needs.
We are looking for talented, goal oriented and proactive team player with excellent technical and problem-solving skills coupled with a willingness to take initiative and effectively apply the knowledge gained towards accomplishment of project/program goals, to join our highly motivated team working in a fast-paced technical environment.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Work along with the SAP CX Cloud for Customer development team in the following fields:
- Investigate Business Intelligence & Analytics related technologies and their interaction with our ongoing product development in the CRM domain
- Support our existing cloud customer base to resolve their complex issues
- Experiment with cloud native technologies and integrate BI technologies (e.g. SAC) in order to support CRM-centric decision-making processes
- Define and execute analytics centric scenarios
- Focus on software fault-tolerance to compensate for inevitable outages in the cloud
- Guide our customers in their data driven application adoption journey
- Willing to learn new/existing technologies & topics and develop enterprise grade data driven applications.
- Work in rapid prototype and agile development environment
- Perform product design, modeling, implementation, and testing
- Closely work with Product Management to translate customer requests into useful product functionality
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Development
- Strong programming background in Java or JavaScript/nodejs and UI technologies
- Knowledge or experience with cloud software development is a plus
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Proficient in two or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, ABAP etc)
- Strong Database and SQL knowledge
- Strong in problem solving
- Strong focus on delivering business values to the customers
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) and tools like Git, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins etc.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud native technologies (e.g. Docker, K8S, Kafka Spring Boot/NodeJs etc.)
- Knowledge in UI technologies (Angular/SAP UI5) is plus
- Knowledge in SAP technologies is a plus (SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.)
- CRM functional domain knowledge is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship skills and a strong team player
- Willingness to interact with customers and passionate to solve their issues
