• Diploma: Minimum 50% (Mech/ Auto/ Electrical)

Job Description:

We are hiring of Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) from the specialisation of Mechanica / Automobile/ Electrical. Sandvik hires Diploma Freshers and grooms them for future manpower needs in our Service business (Maintenance Job). Sandvik has a strong business line of Parts & Service, where we help our customers to maintain the Sandvik equipments to the best conditions during its life cycle.

Our next batch of DET program starting from 1st Nov 2017 & we are inviting applications from 2016 & 2017 batch passout Diploma Frehsers.

All the candidates are groomed over a period of 12 months at our Training Academy & our customer mines sites under strict supervision of Sandvik certified coaches & Trainers.

DET Program Details:

1. All DETs would be trained intensively on Sandvik Product so that you perform and grow with the company.
2. Candidates will be given professional training on a systematic plan for 12 months & will be going through a regular process of evaluations.
3. Initial 3 months classroom training at Training Academy Nagpur (Maharashatra) + 9 months of on the job training at customer mine site anywhere in India.
4. On completion of 12 months, candidate will enter into 6 month Probation, a final assessment will be taken on 18th Month, the result of this assesment & feedbacks will describe & ensure a candidates position inside Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology Service Team.
5. We are looking for Application oriented learners , who are good at knowkedge acquiring, Skill honing and applies them to deliver result.
6. Successful candidates will be posted at various customer mine sites PAN India.
