Positions: Design Engineer
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Job Location: Nagpur
Desired Profile :
- Age below 25 years.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Mining Equipment ( Min 50 % passing in one go)
- 12-24 months Industry experience in Mining / Construction / HMME in Maintenance, Repair and Overhauling
- Proficiency in English & Hindi
- Willing to learn and follow the safety guidelines strictly.
- Ability to work with customer service mind set in challenging working environment.
Training Details: These DETs will join Sandvik at our training academy in Nagpur and will undergo on the job / classroom training for 18 months and then will undergo 6 months of probation.
Post successful completion of probation, the services of DETs will be confirmed and they will be placed at various customer sites and will be employed as Service Engineer at various Mining Sites depending upon the availability of the position & business
Salary (Compensation & Benefits):
- The starting Salary & Compensation will be 27,500 INR per month
- Earned Leave 20days, Casual Leaves 20 days, Sick Leaves 10 days.
- Will be applicable for Gratuity under Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
- Will be under medical cover of 7, 00,000 INR.
Point to Note:
If candidate completes 2 years of service under DET Scheme from the commencement of probation, will be eligible for One Time Loyalty Bonus Equivalent to 6 months of Gross Salary to be paid at the end of 2 years period.
From the commencement of probation & until end of 2 years of Service thereof, if candidates backs outs will be liable to pay Training cost of 1,50,000 INR.
