- Mandatory Requirement : Above 60% and above through out academics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write and supply customer manuals in a timely manner so that customers can use the product properly.
- Develop customer-oriented manual to improve product value.
- [Preparing the manual] Prepare comprehensive standard documentation to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- [Manual planning/ management] Apply the plan and schedule of the manual according to product release and as per requirements
- [Manual audit] Participate in reviewing the written manuals, evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- [Customer response] Identify and analyze a customer’s needs, revise documents as and when necessity arrives
- Able to travel if needed
