Eligibility Criteria for Rolls-Royce Recruitment 2022 :

• Degree level education in Mathematics, Scientific, Computing or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• >3 years experience in developing and deploying analytics solutions and machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on knowledge of data processing and visualization libraries for example pandas, matplotlib, seaborn etc.
• Clear fundamental and applied knowledge of machine learning algorithms and exposure to classification, regression and time series problems.
• Domain knowledge in one of the following; gas turbine engines, aircraft engineering, airline operations or aviation maintenance repair and overhaul is highly desirable.

Job Description:

• Development, review, deployment and management of analytics and/or models.
• Interaction with data engineers and application developers from your squad, including daily scrums, technical sync sessions etc.
• Visualizations, hypotheses development & feature engineering – validation interactions with subject matter experts.
• Product owner connects to gather requirements, collect feedback on delivered features and defining roadmap.
• Chapter connects for sharing best practices with other data scientists in the team.
• Ensuring adherence to ethics and delivery frameworks compliant to RR development practices.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Python and Databricks, preferably on azure stack.
• Exposure to software development lifecycle developing test-driven, maintainable and reusable code.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git and Docker desirable.
• Experienced in exploring and visualising data using Tableau/PowerBI.
