It has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai. Government of India has accorded “Mini-Ratna” status to RCF.
RCF is one of the earliest units set up in the country with a vision of growth in fertilizer production for food security. It manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals. It produces 23 lac MT Urea, 6.5 lac MT Complex fertilizers and 1.6 lac MT of Industrial Chemicals every year. The company is a household name in rural India with brands “Ujjwala” (urea) and “Suphala” (complex fertilizers) which carry a high brand equity. RCF has countrywide marketing network in all major states.

Eligibility Criteria:
Officer (Marketing): Full time UGC recognized Science/Engineering/Agriculture graduation of minimum 3 years duration and Full time UGC recognized Post graduation degree of 2 years duration in MBA/MMS (Marketing as specialization or Major) /MBA (Agri. Business Management)
Officer (Fire): Regular Full time BE/ B.Tech in Fire OR BE/ B.Tech in Fire and Safety from university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC)/ Government institution/
AICTE approved.
Engineers (Electrical): Full time BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering (Electrical) from a university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC)/ Government institution/ AICTE approved.
Note: Applicant having degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Power Engineering / Allied course in Electrical Engineering will not be considered.
Engineers (Chemical): Regular Full time BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering (Chemical) from university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC)/ Government institution/ AICTE approved.
Note: Applicant having degree in Petrochemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Technology / Allied course in chemical engineering will not be considered.
Engineers (Environmental):
- Full time BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering (Environmental Engineering) from university recognized by UGC/ Government institution/ AICTE approved. OR
- Full time BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering preferably in Chemical discipline and 2 years PG degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering from university recognized by UGC/ Government institution/ AICTE approved.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 01-02-2019
Selection Process:
The mode of selection for Officers/ Engineers will be based on Personal Interview. Candidates can exercise the option of appearing in the selection process in Hindi or English language.
