It manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals. It produces 23 lac MT Urea, 6.5 lac MT Complex fertilizers and 1.6 lac MT of Industrial Chemicals every year. The company is a household name in rural India with brands “Ujjwala” (urea) and “Suphala” (complex fertilizers) which carry a high brand equity. Eligibility Criteria:
Management Trainee (Chemical):
- Four years fulltime course of BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg. (Engineering Graduate) in Chemical discipline from university recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) / Government recognized Institute.
- Candidates in the final year of their engineering studies may also apply.
Note: BE/ B.Tech in petrochemical Engineering or Petrochemical technology or degree having specialization like paper and pulp technology or any other allied course of Chemical Engineering etc will not be considered.
Management Trainee (Marketing):
Regular Full time B.Sc (Agriculture) plus UGC recognized two years‟ full time MMS/MBA (Marketing) or other equivalent UGC recognized two year full time regular Post Graduate Degree/Master Degree with specialization in Marketing.
Age Limit (As on 01.04.2018):
Management Trainee (Chemical):
- General – 25 years
- For SC/ST Category – 30 years.
- For OBC (Non Creamy Layer) Category – 28 years.
Management Trainee (Marketing):
Regular Full time B.Sc. (Agriculture) plus UGC recognized two years‟ full time MMS/MBA (Marketing) or other equivalent UGC recognized two year full time regular Post Graduate Degree/Master Degree with specialization in Marketing.
- General – 27 years
- For SC/ST Category – 32 years.
- For OBC Category – 30 years
- For PWBD + General – 37 years; PWBD + SC/ST – 42 years; PWBD+OBC – 40 years
Selection Process:
Management Trainee (Chemical):
Shortlisting based on GATE-2018 score in Chemical Discipline. Shortlisted Candidates will be called for personal interview. Final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of weightage of 60:40 for GATE 2018 score (Chemical Discipline) & Interview marks respectively.
Management Trainee (Marketing):
Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Online Test. The mode of selection for the above posts will be online test and personal interview. Final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of weightage of 80:20 for online test and Interview respectively.
