Job Description:
- Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Keeping records
- Maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Performing Kaizen, Kizuki and Poke Yoke system in respective operations
- Set up and operating CNC BFW 4 Axis and IBARMIA 5 Axis milling machine.
- Experience in operating and making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results per drawing.
- Experienced in performing work offset using probe and tool offset using tool pre-setter.
- Handsome experience in performing Inspection – In-process and Final Inspection using precision instruments to ensure conformance per drawing.
- Following work instructions for machining activities.
