Job Description:
- Gather, integrate, and interpret information from a variety of sources in order to troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with project lead via email and direct conversation to provide status and information about impending obstacles
- Communicate with tech leads on a project in order to verify the accuracy of basic testing systems
- Assist with verifying that proposed solutions to identified issues accurately address and correct the problem
- Write functional tests for features to ensure the functionality
- Implement a basic testing plan by attempting to cause a failure within a determined area of code
- Conduct basic field or lab tests as directed by tech leads
- Conduct log analyses to identify where an issue has occurred
- Detect bugs in testing code and resolves issues using basic debugging approaches
- Identify and fix simple bugs within your own code
