Eligibility Criteria:
- BE / ME candidates (Freshers and those with 1-3 years experience) in branches related to mechanical engineering can apply.
- Those with a rank of 9000 or less in the CET entrance exam or those with GATE pass are preferred
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on written test (aptitude test, intelligence test, engineering basics test etc) and interview. Candidates who demonstrate attitude to learn, put in hard work, collaborate with teams, and can communicate well will be preferred.
Project Profile:
Selected candidates will be groomed to work in advanced areas such as CAD/ CAE/ FEM/ MBD/ CFD / Durability/ Materials and damage modelling / manufacturing simulation/ electromagnetic simulations/ multi-physics simulations / design optimisation/ and so on for high end projects of our marquee customers. Our customer base includes nuclear entities, defence entities, MNC and domestic auto and aero companies; heavy and general engineering companies. Candidates who are passionate about doing high end engineering work only need to apply.
