Positions: Shift Engineer – Maintenance
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Job Location: Mumbai
Education: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech – Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical
Experience: 2-4 Years in case of a Degree or 4-5 Years in case of a Diploma
Profile Requirement:
- Record identification & indexing.
- New Machine Installation & commissioning work.
- Calibration planning & on time execution of temperature controller (in-house & external).
- Daily work planning.
- Monthly analysis of breakdown report daily.
- Service of spares and reusing.
- Attending breakdown trouble shootings.
- To carry out PM of 75KVA & 500 KVA DG with AMC.
- To attend 33 KV line maintenance & fault finding.
- To set the AC drive & PLC setting.
- Handling all the jobs in Shift (Electrical & Instrumentation).
- Scheduling & timely execution of preventive maintenance utility machine.
- Planning & execution of Oil, Powder, Air & Water Leakage Proof equipment.
- Re-conditioning and servicing of accessories equipments (Oil pump, water pump, chiller)
- PM planning for all socketing & threading machines and utility like mixer, grinder, pumps, etc.
- Timely execution of Preventive maintenance of Extrusion Machine.
- Utility maintenance.
- Installation & commissioning of Machines & switch gear.
- Energy Saving.
