- Able to work & guide in Catia V5 ( Assembly, Drafting, Kinematic workbench) to his team members.
- Good knowledge of complete seat & its packaging
- Strong in Skeleton methodology.
- Strong Knowledge of 2D & Drafting skill, Layout, Architecture drawing & Template understanding
- Data management in Enovia PLM
- Seating Regulations awareness(ECE & FMVSS) & its acceptance criteria
- Highly committed & able to perform the tasks as per the instructions from Lead.
- Good attitude/behaviour. Adherence to customer policy.

2) Job code: Product Development Engineer – Complete Seating
Experience: 6 to 9 yrs.

Key skills:
- Master in Catia V5 & Able to guide in Catia V5 (Assembly, Drafting, Kinematic workbench) to his team members.
- Master of complete seat & its packaging
- Master in Skeleton methodology.
- Good knowledge of 2D & Drafting skill, Layout, Architecture drawing & Template understanding
- Able to understand customer requirements & provide solutions
- Able to develop Variant management, Concept Layout & Architecture drawing, Template understanding, tolerance stack-up in vis mock-up
- Should know all seating Regulations (ECE) and acceptance criteria & verify the design.

- Very good in foam & Plastic part design. (STO to Foam)
- Should have experience of min. 1-2 projects of seating foam design
- Strong skills in surfacing.
- Strong Knowledge of 2D & must aware about OEM 2D standards.
- Highly committed & able to perform the tasks as per the instructions from Lead.
- Able to guide/ lead 1-2 Engineers.
- Should be able to work independently on small foam parts like headrest, armrest etc.
- Able to develop Concept sections, Feasibility studies , Packaging study
- Good attitude/behaviour. Adherence to customer policy

- Good knowledge of different seat kinematic conditions & seat variants
- Strong Knowledge of 2D & must be aware about OEM 2D standards & GD&T application
- Highly committed & able to perform the tasks as per the instructions from Lead.
- Good attitude/behaviour. Adherence to customer policy
- Able to guide/ lead 1-2 Engineers.

- Master in Catia V5 & able to guide Juniors (Solid, Surfacing, Drafting workbench)
- Strong knowledge of seating structure sheet metal part design., in-depth tooling knowledge
- Strong knowledge in different sheet metal materials.
- Strong in creating design concepts, feasibility studies, detail design, packaging of seat structure parts
- Good knowledge in tolerance stack up.
- Strong knowledge of seating seat motions, kinematics & seat variants. Must handle 2-3 projects.
- Strong Knowledge of 2D standards for different OEMs. Good hands on experience in drawing quality check
