- Hand-On knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience of handling International clients (Mainly English Speaking World like US, UK and Europe along with Middle East) -Experience of voice Support
- Experience of working on Ticketing tool like ITSM and Service Now–Troubleshooting of Windows platform
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good Expertise in customer handling
