Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a Diploma / Degree preferably from CIPET with 4 – 8 years experience in operation & maintenance of injection moulds and injection moulding machines
Job Description:
- Day to day management of operations & maintenance of moulds & injection moulding machines to ensure output as per standard, reliability and life of moulds and machines.
- Implementing the internal maintenance procedures & schedules and the AMC schedules for moulds and injection moulding machines. Interacting with the vendor, mould supplier & injection moulding supplier to ensure proper & timely implementation.
- Planning cleanup / preventive maintenance to ensure service delivery is not affected.
- Monitoring day to day performance of molds & machines at their location and initiate actions proactively to ensure reliability.
