PhonePe is looking for a fresh graduate to join the insurance business team as a Category Analyst
Experience Needed – Less than 1 year/Fresh graduates from Tier -1 Engineering Colleges
Job Description:
- The role is as cross functional as it gets. You will be –
- Working with internal stakeholders across the product, tech, analytics, marketing, operations & legal teams.
- Working with the insurers to drive projects & category growth
- You will be responsible for –
- Category Management & Operations Initiatives –
- Tracking business & product funnel metrics and ensuring that the systems are running smoothly.
- Working with Internal & External stakeholders to resolve any issues that come up.
- Portfolio analysis and tracking to make sure where the book is headed.
Category Growth Initiatives –
- Marketing Initiatives – End to end ideation, implementation & performance tracking of outreach campaigns across in-app assets like banners, push notifications, widgets etc.
Stakeholder Management –
- You will be project managing and leading integrations with new insurers.
- You will be project managing product feature improvements with insurers.
