Job Description:
- He/She should have good communications skills should be in a position to handle calls from US client single handedly.
- Consultant should be having basic knowledge of SAP Basis (S4 Hana BASIS can also be considered) and business process and should monitor the system and alert Support Team on the tickets.
- Consultant needs to be provide solution to Business users based on Quick Book / User Manual which will be provided.
- Consultant needs to work in 24 X 7 support and should be in a position to swap work hours based on project requirement.
- Mostly will be working in Night shift i.e 9.30PM to 7.30AM and rotation could be with 6AM to 4PM or 3.30PM to 1.30AM
