Job Description:

1. Application Support.
2. Server Startup.
3. Starting all prerequisite subsystems.
4. Troubleshooting Starting Problem if any.
5. Analyze and Maintain baseline configuration of the System’s DC hardning Policy.
6. Monitoring the Servers to Ensure consistent performance
   • Memory Utilization
   • CPU Utilization
   • Space Utilization ( Volume wise)
   • URL Monitoring
   • Replication monitoring
7. Maintaining backups of the system in case of hardware failure or other disasters.
8. Restoration on Test Server as per Backup & Restore Policy.
9. Backup and restore register maintenance.
10. Log Backups of Server, Network, Storage, and Security devices.
11. Participates in the Development and maintenance of system security plans and contingency plans.
12. Participates in risk assessments to periodically reevaluate sensitivity and Risks to the system.
13. SLA Monitoring with the Server Room Infrastructure Vendor.
14. Maintaining and Managing Vendors of Server Room Infrastructure.
15. Asset Register maintenance.
16. Server, Storage, and Network product Vendor coordination (Ticket registration, monitoring and ticket
17. status).
