National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT),(erstwhile DOEACC Society), an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India, was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT).
NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides development of industry oriented quality education and training programmes in the state-of-the-art areas. NIELIT has endeavoured to establish standards to be the country’s premier institution for Examination and Certification in the field of IECT. It is also one of the National Examination Body, which accredits institutes/organizations for conducting courses in IT in the non-formal sector.

Salary (Pay Scale):
- Senior Programmer/ Senior Faculty: Rs. 25,000/- PM
- Junior Programmer/ Junior Faculty: Rs. 20,000/- PM
- Office Assistant (Administration): Rs. 15,000/- PM
- Office Assistant (Accounts): Rs. 15,000/- PM
- Multi Tasking Staff: Rs. 8,000/- PM
- Security Guard: Rs. 8,000/- PM
Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Programmer/ Senior Faculty:
B.E/ B.Tech (ECE/ Comp Science/ IT) or B.Sc/ BCA (Comp Science/ IT) or M.Sc/ MCA or M.E/ M.Tech (Computer Science) from a recognized University with minimum 60% of marks & 1-3 years experience is needed.
Junior Programmer/ Junior Faculty:
B.E/ B.Tech (ECE/ Comp Science/ IT) or B.Sc/ BCA (Comp Science/ IT) or M.Sc/ MCA or M.E/ M.Tech (Computer Science) from a recognized University with minimum 60% of marks & 1-4 years experience is needed.
Office Assistant (Administration):
Candidates must possess B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com from a recognized University.
Office Assistant (Accounts):
B.Com from a recognized University.
Multi Tasking Staff:
10th Pass from a recognized board.
Security Guard:
10th Pass from a recognized board or an ex-servicemen
Age Limit:
- Senior Programmer: Up to 35 Years
- Security Guard, Junior Programmer: Up to 30 Years
- Office Assistant, MTS: Up to 27 years.
Selection Process:
- Only the short-listed candidates will be called for a Walk-in or Virtual Interview (online/ video conferencing).
- Scanned copy of applications received in response to the advertisement will be screened for a short-list.
- The final selection will be based on Qualification, Experience and the performance of candidate on interview.
