The port is in Panambur, Mangalore on the west coast of India. It is to north of confluence of Gurupura (Phalguni) river to Arabian sea. It is 170 nautical miles (310 km) south of Mormugao Port and 191 nautical miles (354 km) north of Kochi Port.

Salary:
- Accounts Officer: Rs.20,600-46,500/- PM
- Assistant Engineer: Rs.16,400-40,500/- PM
Job Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Eligibility Criteria:
Accounts Officer: Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
Desirable: Two years experience in Executive cadre in the field of Finance, Accounting in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years experience in Electrical Works.
Age Limit:
- Accounts Officer: Below 30 years as on 01-03-2019
- Assistant Engineer: Below 35 years as on 01-03-2019
Relaxations: 3 years relaxed for OBC candidates.
