National Housing Bank (NHB), a Government of India owned entity, was set up on 9 July 1988 under the National Housing Bank Act, 1987. NHB is an apex financial institution for housing. NHB has been established with an objective to operate as a principal agency to promote housing finance institutions both at local and regional levels and to provide financial and other support incidental to such institutions and for matters connected therewith.The Finance Act,2019 has amended National Housing Bank Act,1987.
The amendment confers the powers of regulation of housing finance companies to Reserve Bank of India. NHB registers and supervises Housing Finance Company (HFCs), keeps surveillance through On-site & Off-site Mechanisms and co-ordinates with other Regulators

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
DGM (Chief Risk Officer):
Candidates must complete Degree with Certification in Financial Risk Management from a reputed Institute with 5 years experience in the field of corporate credit and risk management.
AGM (Economy & Strategy):
Obtained PG Degree in Economics from a recognized University with 3 years experience in banks/financial institutions.
AGM (Management Information System):
Obtained PG Degree in Statistics from a recognized University with 3 years experience in banks/ financial institutions.
AGM (Human Resources):
Obtained PG Degree in Personnel Management/ LLPM or MBA (HR) from a recognized University with 3 years experience in banks/financial institutions.
RM (Risk Management):
Candidates must complete Degree with professional qualification Financial Risk Management from a reputed Institute with 2 years experience in the field of corporate credit and risk management.
Manager (Credit Audit):
Candidates must complete CA/ CMA/ CWA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institute with 2 years experience in banks and financial institutions.
Manager (Legal):
Candidates must complete LLB from a recognized Institute with 2 years experience in banks and financial institutions.
Manager (Economy & Strategy):
Candidates must complete Degree (Economics) from a recognized Institute with 2 years experience in banks and financial institutions.
Manager (MIS):
Candidates must complete Degree (Statistics) from a recognized Institute with 2 years experience in banks and financial institutions.
Age limit:
Applicants age should be minimum 23 years and maximum 62 years as on 01-08-2020. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on marks obtained in the academic qualification and experience
