- Qualified B.E / M.E in Chemical Engineering, with up to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in design of Process domain in Engineering Consultancy organization
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our Industry Team in Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Chennai. This role will play a pivotal role in coordination of key stakeholders both internally and externally on projects as well as input to the successful delivery of those projects.
The graduate engineer will work closely with and be mentored by senior design engineers. We are seeking a self- motivated and versatile person who will fit into our team of talented professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Conceptual Equipment layout, review P&ID, data sheets, perform equipment sizing calculations
- Indian and International codes and standards
- Specifications for piping materials, valves
- Scale up, review of process engineering deliverables through concept.
- Preparation of Process Block/ Flow Diagram
- Selection of Material of Construction
- Time cycle of operation
- Material and Energy balance
- Basic design of equipment like Reactors, Heat Transfer units, Scrubbers, pumps, Distillation system
- Specifying and evaluating proprietary equipment like Filters, Dryers, Centrifuges,
- Specifying Instrumentation and Control scheme
- IPDS (Instrumentation Process Data sheet)
- Safety study, hazop, specifying Pressure relieving devices
