Eligibility Criteria For Motherson Off Campus Drive 2024:

BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Hiring Batch: 2022 and 2023 pass outs
Good understanding of Electrical systems/ components etc
Understanding any CAD tool is an added advantage
Computer usage knowledge (MS Office etc)

Product: Wiring Harness
Study of Drawings / Preparing Bill of material
Preparing and issuing Engineering details used for Proto and manufacturing of the product
Engineering calculation / Design review
Value Engineering
Proto making
Customer communication for Engineering discussion
Project management / CFT discussions
