Job Description:
- Ensure proper execution and meeting targets as per daily production plan.
- Manpower planning & optimum utilization of resources.
- Analysis of daily defect and action upon it to reduce process rejection.
- To improve the productivity by involving the workforce & initiating Kaizen.
- Maintain discipline on shop floor.
- Responsible for implementing all quality procedures related to TS16949.
- Must have knowledge of Management Tools and QMS / EHS requirements.
- Making daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
