Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or have related experience.
Are knowledgeable about various software testing methods (Regression, Load/Stress, Code Coverage Analysis, Black/White box testing, Acceptance, Performance)
Can work in an Agile team environment and handle changing priorities.
Have experience with test automation tools.
Have strong collaborative instincts and interpersonal skills; must enjoy and work well with a wide variety of stakeholders in a complex organization
