Eligibility Criteria for Mindtree EDGE Program 2022:
- 2020/ 2021 Pass-out from colleges in India
- B.Sc Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, BCA & other B.Sc. graduates with core mathematics as a subject in graduation
- Completed the graduation with minimum 60% or 6 CGPA and no active backlogs as on date
- Full-time, UGC-recognized course in Diploma, Graduation.
- Distance learning or part-time degrees will not be considered
- No Gap in education throughout the academic tenure
- Applicant should be an Indian Nationality & must be a resident of India

Mindtree EDGE, a one-of-a-kind fully sponsored learn-and-earn program, gives eligible B.Sc. and BCA graduates an excellent opportunity to build a thriving career at Mindtree, one of the world’s leading technology consulting and services companies, while earning an M.Tech degree in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, a globally reputed institution.
The candidate will support Mindtree in one or more of the following: development, maintenance, infrastructure support, or testing.
