What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Working closely with Product Owners and Vehicle System Leads, you will bridge the gap between software and automotive hardware. Your core tasks will include:
- End-to-End Development: Designing, architecting, and developing Android projects from initial concept through to final release.
- Requirements Engineering: Deriving epics and user stories from product requirements using tools like DOORS and JIRA.
- Middleware & Integration: Working extensively with Android middleware, JNI, AIDL, content providers, and Car Network services.
- Performance Optimization: Ensuring high performance, superior memory management, multi-threading efficiency, and responsiveness of in-vehicle applications.
- Troubleshooting: Debugging complex software issues and communicating effectively with global partners and suppliers.
