Job Description:
- E2E ownership of Business service catalogue
- Set up of new service in tool based on business requirement
- Collaborate with respective service leads to capture relevant data points for charge and billing every month
- Maintain Supplier wise skill mix
- Reporting supplier wise performance
- Manage operational planning vs actuals for the department
- Create and maintain Department wide slide decks by collaborating with respective leads
- Maintainence and upkeep of Department wise Revenue and Cost and supporting Finance SPOC with all activities
- Tracking and Follow up on all action items arising out of LS meetings
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work across different levels in the organization
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and sharepoint
- Experience in understanding and adapting to companys quality procedure, standards and specifications
