Research and development engineers at MBRDI assess the performance and reliability of various sub-systems and contribute to product development in all the stages of the life-cycle.

Positions: CAx Engineer

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering

Experience: 3 – 9 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Support CAx Applications at MBRDI; Primarily NX; secondary is PDM, EE & other CAx software.
Build competency in NX and other CAx areas to support the business requirements of Product Development Teams.
Support the CAx rollout at MBRDI.
Support the training requirements for CAx engineering applications used by the product development teams.
CAX consulting services to Product Development Teams at MBRDI.

Skill Requirements:

Good understanding of the PLM concepts, preferably in the Automotive/ Aerospace Industry.
Good experience on CAD, CAE and PLM application support, methodologies and consulting.
Excellent knowledge in NX application (especially Solid, Surfaces, Drafting and Assembly applications).
Good Project Management skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Good to have:

Basic German language proficiency
System integration/ IT Infrastructure expertise for CAD/PLM
Experience in defining methodologies/ best practices for CAD/ PLM
Experience in defining User-Acceptance test cases for CAD/ PLM application testing
