Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution of new vocational training programs for students
- Develop Talent pool of Sales Consultants
- Coordination with Agencies for annual training requirement and final placement of students
- Managing Sales/service training programs
- Managing Maruti Suzuki training centers across India
- Monitoring Tie Up with Universities and executing courses as per defined curriculum.
- Development and Implementation of SOPs, taking corrective actions in case of gaps.
- Training partners, vendors, dealers etc.
