Maruti Suzuki Off Campus Drive 2023: Maruti Suzuki India Limited, formerly known as Maruti Udyog Limited, is an automobile manufacturer in India. The company is headquartered at New Delhi. Only 2022 M.Tech pass-out batch
Students must have scored at least 65% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable)/ BE /B.Tech
Students must have scored at least 65% marks aggregate or equivalent CGPA in ME/M.Tech

Not Eligible:

Students pursuing a dual degree are not being considered
Students with pending back papers are not eligible to participate in the selection process
Students having Vision related issues and/or color blindness problems are not eligible to participate in the selection process

Job Description:

Maruti Suzuki is looking to hire M.Tech/ ME (Mechanical) candidates from premier institutes of India for the role of Assistant Manager in R&D vertical.

About the Team:

The planning team lays down the detailed schedule of the project and targets are assigned to different teams for Quality, performance, and cost. The styling and modeling teams prepare various sketches for both interior and exterior and prepare clay models for management approval. After styling approval, design engineers then design the parts & systems and verifies them against quality and performance parameters. High-end software platforms are utilized for design, CAE, CFD, and project management. . Engineers work with national and international suppliers with high technology competence to decide the manufacturing process at an optimum cost and meet the quality requirements.

The designs are validated virtually as well as on physical prototypes at our World Class R&D Center at Rohtak. Their role is critical, as they just not only test the components/vehicle using instruments, but also conduct subjective analysis to understand the elements like noise & vibration and the performance in Indian conditions.
