Job Description:
- We are looking for a Fresher Computer Graduate (BCA/MCA/B.SC IT/M.SC IT/B.TECH Comps or IT) for a period of 6 Months to be a part of our Technical Support team in Mahindra TeQO Pvt Ltd (Thane Office) who can start immediately.
- Individual should be Eager to learn, good verbal & written communications skills along with proficiency in MS Office (Data Sorting & Management)
Job responsibilities:
- Fulfill tasks set out by Support team
- Work on delivery of project on time
- Assisting in resolving issues
- Giving support to ad hoc tasks
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Perform research as and when suggested
- Create a catalogue of FAQ/help section
- Ensure there is zero error in troubleshooting manual
- Ensure to delight the customer
Requirements:
- Recent graduate BSC IT/BCA
- Good to have knowledge of programming/scripting
- Good to have knowledge on database language
- Eager to learn and focus
