Eligibility Criteria For Infosys Walk-In Drive 2024:

• The candidate must possess Non-Technical Graduates only(B.Com/ BBA/ B.Sc/ MBA/ M.Com)
• Passing Year: 2019 and above
• Experience: 0 – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer requests and meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
• Active participation in team-building activities.
• Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs. Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
• All 5 days work from Office.
• Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
