Eligibility Criteria For Infosys Walk-In Drive 2024:
- The candidate must possess Non-Technical Graduates only(B.Com/ BBA/ B.Sc/ MBA/ M.Com)
- Passing Year: 2019 and above
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer requests and meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
- Active participation in team-building activities.
- Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs. Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
- All 5 days work from Office.
- Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
