• The candidates selected for ICIC PO Programme need to study for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking for Sales and Relationship Management. The Probationary Officer Training Programme is a cashless bridge to managerial jobs for aspiring students. The total course fee is Rs. 2,55,500, including GST (Fees Rs. 2,36,000 + Tab cost Rs. 19,500). Students have an option of either availing an education loan from ICICI Bank or of self-funding the course fee.

Eligibility Criteria for ICICI Bank PO Recruitment 2024:

• Education: Graduation or Engineering from any stream
• Qualifying Marks: Minimum with 55% in aggregate.

Job Description:

Probationary Officer Programme for Sales and Relationship Management is an initiative of ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal Global Education Services. The Training Programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in sales and relationship banking. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first-level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities. The roles offered on joining the bank after successful completion of the Programme will involve sales, servicing, cross selling and acquiring new customers through field visits as part of the duties/tasks assigned. Similarly, internship / on-the-job-training periods will also involve these duties/tasks as part of the learning process.

ICICI Bank Manipal Probationary Officer’s Programme is an initiative by ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal Global Education Services. The programme is designed for young graduates aspiring to build a career in banking. More than 30,000 candidates have joined ICICI Bank in the last 15 years.
