Job Description:
- Ready to work in international voice process and 24×7 environment. Rotational offs (5 days working)
- Candidates should possess good communication skills in English
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed in tough situations.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
- Experience in dealing with calls with end customers is a must.
- Profiles available to work from the office, Bangalore location.
Mandatory Skill: International voice process, good communication skills in English,1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
