Eligibility Criteria for LTIMindtree Recruitment 2023:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, etc)
- Requires 6 months experience developing full-time on the Appian platform
- Candidate must display proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Ability to understand complex federal acquisitions processes from a transactional point of view
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance

Job Description:
- The Appian Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modeling framework. This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Configuring solution applications, process models, business rules, user interfaces, and management reports
- Build and maintain integrations with external services via Appian
- Perform requirements grooming and analysis, develop and refine acceptance criteria, and identify application user personas
- Execute unit, integration, and system testing
- Provide production support for various Appian applications
