Requirements:
- SCAN TO BIM MODELER SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Diploma/ Engineering in Mechanical with rich experience in BIM Modelling and 3D Laser scanning point cloud data processing.
- 3 – 6 years of Experience in Preparation of 3D modelling and drawings from the Laser Scanning point cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and able to work independently in fast pace.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in BIM 3D modeling (Piping, Equipment, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation).
- Proficient drafting capabilities in Autodesk/Bentley Microstation products and creating as-built 3D modelling
- Experience in Registration & Geo-Referencing of Laser Scan Data
- Knowledge of Industry Codes and Symbols and experience in implementing CAD standards
