• The process is open for MBA graduates (batch 2021 & 2022) of eligible institutes
• Preferred specializations are Sales & Marketing, Strategy, General Management
• Work Experience: 0-2 years (including pre-MBA experience)
• Date of Joining: July 2022

Online Quiz Round:

• All the registered candidates will undertake a sales quiz
• This is an elimination round

Business Simulation Game Round:

• In the business simulation round, the shortlisted candidates will be placed in a simulated business environment wherein they will have to devise strategies and demonstrate business shrewdness
• The challenge needs to be completed in one sitting, i.e., as soon as you start it, you’ll have to finish the task before the time runs out
• This is an elimination round
• Detailed guidelines for this round will be shared with the candidates over email

Video Submission Round:

• The candidates will have to submit a 3-minute video explaining the strategy used in the business simulation round Submission Format: MP4
• The candidates are requested to upload their videos a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
• This is an elimination round

Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates from the video submission round will be interviewed by Lenovo’s interview panel for the open position.

Competition Structure:

• Shortlisted candidates will be offered a full-time opportunity with Lenovo India
• Annual compensation offered is INR 20 Lakhs + INR 4 Lakhs Bonus
