Job Description:
Knowledge Management
Train retailers & promoters on new products, Brand Management and Soft Skills
Capture product feedback from both consumers and retailers and share the same
Asset Management
Ensure the upkeep of companys asset like shop board, In shop and SIS at Retail outlet
Ensure the proper placement and utilization of DEMOs and Dummies at Retail outlet
People Management
Identification of outlets for LAVA Retail Executive(In Shop Promoters) deployment
Responsible for appointment, training, Skill development & productivity of LREs
Manage LRE profitability and Life cycle
Material Management
Engage with retail to place our products and cover outlets as per the plan
Verify placement of stocks as per the norms
Ensure liquidity of old & aged stock
Ensure Planogram Adherence
Communication
Ensure scheme communication and enrolment of respective retailer
New product launch market activity
Audit
Ensure accuracy of universe data by benchmarking and auditing
Salary/ Stipend: INR 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A
