Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Job Description:

• Proven hands-on experience in conceptualization and analysis, design and implementation of OD and Talent Management processes.
• Good in compensation & Benefits management and ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Expert MS Office software knowledge required including advanced power point presentation, excel skills (pivot tables/v-look-ups)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed organization
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organizational level
• Good in Relationship Management with cross functional groups and ability to work through them
• Good communication skills, ownership, high level of commitment
