Job Description:
- Ensure Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study / estimation / comparison method) for machining area.
- Create Indents and ensure procurement of production aids, jigs fixtures related to machining area.
- Ensure Process Planning and Structure Preparation for repair Pump activities.
- Generate data base in SAP for standard and project costing.
- Update/ Revise various Routings as per requirement & feed back.
- Warrant the facility planning related work.
- Design, plan, indent, procure & conduct trail for all types of Tooling and Gauges etc.
- Coordinate 5S activities & work on various MIS reports.
