KPSC Recruitment 2023: The Karnataka Public Service Commission conducts exams to recruit candidates for the service. These young officers recruited by KPSC take up various administrative posts at the district and state level. At the start they play the role of Sub Divisional Magistrate and the on promotion as Additional District Magistrates and then on promotion to IAS they take up various key positions at the district level as Deputy Commissioner and also equivalent IAS cadre jobs at the state level.

Eligibility Criteria for KPSC Recruitment 2023:
Candidates Should have obtained a degree of a University established by Law in India with Economics or Mathematics as one of the subject from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit:
Candidate’s age must be minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years in case of General Candidates. Relaxation is provided to the reserved category candidates.
Selection Process:
Candidates are selected based on their performance in the Kannada Language and computer-based recruitment tests.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay the application fee through online mode.
- General candidates have to pay the fee of Rs. 600/-.
- Cat-1, OBC, Cat 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 300/-.
- Rs. 50/- for Ex-Servicemen candidates.
