Job Description:
- Good knowledge of ITIL model; certification would be an advantage
- Familiarity to BSS/OSS/Telecom domain would be a plus
- Working knowledge in data loading from external files/DB by using SQL*Loader, External Tables, Export & Import utilities and DB Links.
- Hands on experience in UNIX, Shell scripting, telnet, sftp, scp and crontab
- knowledge of Oracle forms, reports & Workflow Builder
- Analytical approach to trouble shooting; despite pressure
- Experience of working in 24X7 support roles would be a plus.
- Must be able to focus in urgent/stressful situations
