Job Description:
- Servicing Screw Air Compressor’s & Reciprocating Air compressor. Trouble shooting for Engine, Electrical Driven Air & Gas compressor’s.
- Attending screw / reciprocating air compressor erection /commissioning and its trouble shooting during warranty and post warranty period. Customer satisfaction (sustain MTTR)
- Promote and execute our air audit at customer end to support as product feedback and health check up revenue.
Customer reach & satisfaction. - Generation of rate contract/ annual maintenance contract for OEM customers viz. IOCL/ BPCL/ HPCL & COFMOW air compressor to promote our spare parts business and service earning. AOP (financial)
- Training and review of dealer service engineers while attending customer’s sites.
