Job Description:
System Admin:
- Install and configure servers, routers, Firewall and switches as per the requirements.
- Manage In-house Desktop, laptops, Servers, Applications, firewall & Network
- Troubleshooting skill on windows-based problems.
- Integrate new systems to network and infrastructure.
- Prioritizing and manage users & IT issues.
- Testing and evaluate new technology.
- Maintain Inventory of IT Infrastructure.
- Responsibility of managing backups of the server and end points and have regular checks.
- Responsible for Network and data security.
- Should have good knowledge on O365/ Exchange Server.
- Should be able to manage Active directory
Lawyer:
- Draft, review and negotiate brand, services, manpower agreements, HR related agreements, non disclosure agreements and other legal documents in compliance with applicable laws.
- Advice business partners on legal and regulatory matters including intellectual property, contract interpretation, breach and remedies, contract compliance requirements. Research into new regulations and legal regime of new domains of business and advice on regulatory requirements,legal risks and mitigation strategies
