Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required
KBL is looking for technically sound engineers who are eager to solve complex fluid management challenges. Eligibility includes:
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2024 & 2025 pass-outs only)

- Internship in manufacturing/production planning (added advantage)
- Knowledge of SAP or any ERP system preferred
Roles & Responsibilities for GETs
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Support in releasing, tracking, and closing production orders in SAP (PP Module)
- Coordinate with Procurement, Machine Shop, CED Shop, and Production teams
- Help ensure timely availability of RM, components, and FG
- Assist in updating and maintaining MIS, planning dashboards, and reports
- Learn and support troubleshooting of SAP PP-related issues
- Participate in analyzing plan adherence and identifying improvement areas
- Support inventory control activities for RM, WIP, and FG
- Assist in quality plan preparation for export/institutional orders
- Adhere to 5S, safety, and ISO 9001 & 14001 documentation requirements
- Participate in Kaizen, lean manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives
