Eligibility Criteria for Johnson & Johnson Recruitment 2022:
- Technical Degree (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical) required.
- Experience working in Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, and/or Process Machinery area required / in a GMP product manufacturing plant environment preferred
- Associate Maintenance Scheduler – Associates Degree 0-2 Yrs
- And/Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Description:
Primary responsibility for executing and coordinating planned maintenance work in line with JJPS Manage site assets and Maintenance good practices expectations. Supports major breakdown work and plant outages for Femcare.
- Plans, schedules and assigns planned work orders to technicians or teams. Assures reliability of equipment coordinating with planning and operations.
- Prepares and coordinates Engineering work orders,Safety related activities and Quality process:
- Descriptions/ instructions
- Equipment available
- Internal / external personnel
- Tools, spare parts, sub contracts, work permit…
- NC/CAPA/Good saves and Change Control related documentation
Skills:
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of technical engineering fields, Consumer processes and pharmaceutical operations.
- Computer skills
- Ability to use computer software and customize programs to meet business needs.
- Database experience or CMMS systems
- Work with other people in a team environment to identify and solve problems and improve processes
- Third party management skills
- Communication skills written and oral.
- Ability to focus tactically/operationally while maintaining sight on strategic impact.
- Broad understanding of compliance quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinator experience with exempt, non-exempt, and external resources.
- Ability to work in a team environment of professionals with diverse skills and competencies spanning business and technical areas
