his positions is for Management Trainees who will be joining us in 2017, these positions will be working and studying different areas in HR and will be working on learning and identifying any gaps areas in the processes.
They will also be getting on job training on different areas and will have an understanding of different roles HR plays in Unit HR and Regional Centers. They will get on job training in areas like Operations, learning & development, organization management and getting exposure on the business partners roles and other HR processes. On successful completion of training, they would be part of unit HR. organization
