Job Description:
- Desk operation of BTG and BOP equipment (Desk Engineer)
- Monitoring Plant operating Parameters within design limits
- Monitoring of healthiness of critical equipment
- Monitoring Power export schedule and UI as per DSM Guideline.
- Stack emission parameter monitoring and control.
- Responsible for Heat rate improvement.
- Special improvement projects
- Unit annual Overhauling activities
- Boiler hydro test activity
- Boiler light up activities
- Turbine start up activities
- Boiler emergency activity
- Responsible for routine trial run of all emergency equipment.
- Responsible for proper breaker locking and danger tagging system.
- Communication with AHP/CHP and maintenance department.
- Responsible for Responsible for equipment isolation and permit issue for maintenance work.
- Responsible for equipment revival after maintenance work.
- Responsible for schedule changeover of equipment.
- Responsible for equipment Condition Monitoring, defect identification and defect notification.
