Job description:
The Management Trainees will undergo a training of around 6 months that will include all the subjects likes Sales & Marketing of Complete Lighting Solutions offered by Jaquar, Lighting Planning & Design, exposure to the Lighting Orientation Centre / Jaquar Display Showroom, In-depth Product Knowledge along with Technical Understanding & it’s applications, Plant & manufacturing.
These guys will be paid Rs 3.5 Lacs PA (as TCTC – Total Cost To Company). We would like to have the terms that they shall remain with us under 3 year’s service commitment . They will be deployed at the Regional Office or at their place of posting during their initial 6 months training cum probation period, the training cum probation period may be extended up to further period of 6 months basis their learning & performance.
