Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Dual degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and Scientific Computing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace OR related technical field OR equivalent (those from other branches who have passion for software engineering may also apply)
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA in bachelors degree
- 2019 Batch pass out
- Have a passion for engineering design and software programming
- Proficient in Object Oriented Programming and excellent in C and C++
- Knowledge of real-time operating system Basic software debugging skills
- Excellent analytical and maths skills Creativity and a willingness to learn
- Only those who are currently in the final year of engineering OR who graduated in the current year can apply
- Passion for coding
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- High level of self-motivation
- Keen interest in technology.
Key Performance Indicators:Willingness and ability to learn
- Work seamless in teams within and outside JLR (e.g., Software Partners)
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills
- Work discipline.

Desirable:

- Demonstration of participation in programming contests e.g., CodeChef Hackathon
